If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery.
📦 Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging

💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive a full refund to your original payment method
- Processing time: up to 5 business days
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
We will provide a free replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
⚠️ Made-to-Order Note
All items are made to order.
Returns are accepted, but items must be unused and returned in original condition.
🚚 Non-Delivery
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, you may request:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
❌ Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase only.
After this time, production begins.
🌍 European Union
EU customers may have the right to cancel within 14 days, in accordance with applicable laws.
